Toni Milun – Award-winning mathematics professor and financial vlogger
Toni pic
Toni Milun is a mathematics lecturer at the University of Algebra and a financial vlogger. He graduated from the Faculty of Science and Mathematics at the University of Zagreb, majoring in mathematics and physics in 1999. After that, he completed a specialist postgraduate study Statistical methods for economic analysis and forecasting at the Faculty of Economics, University of Zagreb.He started the educational portal Where maths is fun, with more than 2000 free math video lessons in 2011, and 10 years later he is starting a new project With Miluna do milion, in which he makes financial literacy videos .He is the winner of numerous awards: Pride of Croatia in 2013 for special contribution to education, Zagreb Stock Exchange Academy award for outstanding contribution to capital market education in 2016 for the TV show Financier, he had two nominations for Večernjakova rose and Communicator of the year.
In collaboration with his students, he created Popodica - a calculator that calculates the optimal division of the personal deduction for children between parents, and for the purpose of obtaining a tax refund. In September 2022, he successfully organized the Financial Literacy Conference in n Zagreb, and in September 2023 he is expanding the conference to four Croatian cities: Zagreb, Split, Osijek and Rijeka. How can I register for GoThrive MeetUp and buy a ticket?
Registration is simple! Click on the "Register" button and fill out the application form. After successful registration, you will receive a link to buy a ticket by e-mail. If you are a student of our course, the discount code will be automatically included in the email.
How much is the ticket price?
The price is: 49 EUR Special offer for participants of our courses: 35 EUR (you will receive a discount code during registration).
Is the ticket in physical form?
No, the ticket is not in physical form. All participants will be on the list during accreditation. It is enough to bring an ID card with you to show at the entrance to enter the event. 😊
How can I get a discount code?
Only participants of our courses automatically receive the discount code. If you are already a participant, the code will be sent to your e-mail when you register for MeetUp. If you have not yet participated in our courses, definitely think about it - with valuable knowledge , you also get special benefits!
Who can participate in the MeetUp?

Where is the MeetUp and participant registration?
MeetUp is held at the premises of Algebra, at Gradišćanska 24, Zagreb in hall B3/B4 on the ground floor. Registration of all participants will be at the entrance to foyer B1.
What should I bring to the MeetUp?
Just your positive energy and desire to learn and connect! If you want, you can bring a notebook or laptop to take notes, and don't forget business cards for networking. 😊
Will there be opportunities for networking?
Absolutely! MeetUp includes time for informal networking during welcome coffee and registration, brunch and closing party. This is an ideal opportunity to meet colleagues, potential clients and collaborators.
How to get to Algebra by public transport?
Algebra is located in the western part of Zagreb, at Gradišćanska 24, approximately 500 meters from the Sv. Duh tram stop.
Is there a possibility to park?
Yes, parking is available! ALGEBRA SPARK Parking Space is a modern public underground garage located on the -2nd floor of the Algebra campus, at Gradišćanska 24, Zagreb. The garage offers 93 parking spaces and is available to all visitors Algebra, as well as other users who need parking in the western part of the center of Zagreb. Paying for parking is possible: SMS to the number 707038 By card via the ParkWallet Premium mobile application. Parking zone II is located outside the campus.
What if I can't attend? Am I entitled to a refund?
Refund: It is possible to make a refund up to seven days before the event. Ticket transfer: You can transfer your ticket to another person with prior notification to info@gothrive.hr and no later than three days before the start of the MeetUp. Participation in to the next MeetUp: You can use the paid amount for one of the future appointments.
