Speakers

Until recently, Ivana worked in a traditional office, responsible for administration, accounting, and finance. Although successful in her role, she knew she wanted something more – freedom, growth, and challenges beyond fixed boundaries. Her shift to the online world began with training as a Virtual Assistant on the GoThrive platform, followed by a specialization as an Online Business Manager. Along the way, she tested her limits, discovered new opportunities, and learned how to grow through change.
Today, she collaborates with clients who understand the value of delegation and confidently entrust her with tasks so they can focus on developing their businesses. She is especially inspired by creating efficient systems that bring order to business processes and save valuable time. Her first collaborations came from the fields of real estate, architecture, ISO standards, and online coaching – initially through networking, and later thanks to referrals from satisfied clients. Ivana’s message is clear: If you’re asking yourself what you would do if you could – allow yourself to begin. Yesterday would have been great, but the best moment is right now!

Nikola Mujdžić Reščić is the co-founder of the GoThrive platform, owner of the agency Meritum komunikacije, and an entrepreneur with extensive experience in CRM system implementation. He has been a monday.com user since 2017 and became a monday.com Authorized Partner in 2019. Over the years, he has saved companies countless working hours and optimized more than 50 processes across 10+ different industries. As a monday.com expert, he is dedicated to designing and implementing solutions, leading a team of 13+ monday.com implementers within the GoThrive community.

Ivana Predovan built over ten years of experience in tourism, where she perfected her communication and organizational skills. At one point, she realized she could offer more—not only to guests but also to entrepreneurs who need support in their daily business operations. The turning point was her training on the GoThrive platform, after which she decided to step into the world of virtual assistance. Today, she enthusiastically helps entrepreneurs with administration and customer support—the areas where she feels strongest and where her clients gain real value.
She loves bringing clarity and order to business processes, and her greatest satisfaction comes from freeing up her clients’ time and space for what truly matters to them. Reliability, organization, and a sincere, relaxed approach to collaboration are what best describe her. For Ivana, virtual assistance is not just a job, but an opportunity to grow alongside her clients, explore new industries, and push her own boundaries every day.

Katarina Zubatović is an entrepreneur with many years of experience in administrative, financial, organizational, and e-commerce roles. She is the founder of Medium VA, a company that provides administrative, organizational, and advisory support to small and medium-sized businesses as well as individuals, both in Croatian and English.
Alongside running her own company, Katarina works as a Virtual Assistant and is the Co-founder and Director of the GoThrive platform, dedicated to educating and supporting virtual assistants. She also actively promotes the importance of delegating tasks and hiring virtual assistants, enabling entrepreneurs to manage their time and business more effectively.
