Nina Vrkić – OBM & monday.com Expert

Just a few months ago, Nina’s workplace was a restaurant kitchen, where she worked as a chef surrounded by fire, pots, and the constant rush of the service. Although successful in her job, she felt she wanted — and was capable of — more. Her journey into the online world began with training to become a virtual assistant, while simultaneously learning English and digital tools. She studied at night and worked during the day, and her persistence gradually led her to monday.com, where she discovered her true professional niche.

Today, Nina collaborates with companies looking to digitalize their operations, optimize processes, and automate daily tasks through the monday.com system. She especially enjoys simplifying workflows and creating efficient systems that help clients save time, reduce errors, and bring order to their business. Her first clients came from the agriculture and architecture industries, where digital support was crucial for growth.

Through her story, Nina proves that it doesn’t matter where you start — what matters is having the courage to take the first step.
